At Lady Black Tie, we want you to feel confident in your formal wear; if your dress isn't the perfect fit, you can return it for a store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery. All items must be in original condition with tags attached and free of any signs of wear, makeup, or alterations.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely package your dress in its original box.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the package is scanned within 3 days of generating the label to remain eligible.
Receive Store Credit
After our quality control team inspects your return, we will issue a store credit minus shipping fees via an electronic gift card for your next purchase.
